Where the idea came from for The Local Shop Guide

Having been involved extensively in the retail field, we came to realise that shopkeepers are keen to have their own web sites but struggle with the cost and hassle of setting them up and then promoting the site. We saw an opportunity to offer a simple and cost-effective solution that is perfect for all small shops.
